Este proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo (I&amp;D) de tres a\u00f1os tiene como objetivo producir biometano, hidr\u00f3geno renovable y electricidad, allanando el camino para una matriz energ\u00e9tica m\u00e1s limpia y confiable.<\/p>\n\n<p>Marcelo Zanatta, presidente de \u00c2mbar Energia, destaca la sinergia entre las empresas del grupo J&amp;F, como JBS, para permitir que el agronegocio ingrese a este mercado promisorio. \u00abEl plan incluye la construcci\u00f3n de un centro de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo en Andradina para explorar el potencial del biog\u00e1s y el hidr\u00f3geno renovable en la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, transformando los planes en acciones concretas\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n\n<p>El proyecto de CEPETRO con \u00c2mbar utiliza hidr\u00f3geno renovable para la producci\u00f3n de electricidad a trav\u00e9s de pilas de combustible que ofrecen una mayor eficiencia de conversi\u00f3n que las tecnolog\u00edas tradicionales. Al final de los 3 a\u00f1os, el equipo de \u00c2mbar y CEPETRO esperan escalar la tecnolog\u00eda a todo el mercado, apuntando al gran potencial de generaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno renovable en los estanques de tratamiento de diversas industrias. La energ\u00eda generada ser\u00e1 inyectada a la red de distribuci\u00f3n, fortaleciendo la matriz energ\u00e9tica brasile\u00f1a con fuentes m\u00e1s confiables y renovables.<\/p>\n\n<p>Para generar la energ\u00eda, se requieren tres pasos: el primero se ocupa del transporte y la purificaci\u00f3n del biog\u00e1s producido en los estanques de tratamiento de los mataderos de JBS. La segunda etapa consiste en reformular el metano presente en el biog\u00e1s para obtener hidr\u00f3geno renovable. Finalmente, en la tercera etapa, se utiliza hidr\u00f3geno en una pila de combustible, que produce energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica con una eficiencia superior al 60%.<\/p>\n\n<p>Energ\u00eda derivada del hidr\u00f3geno renovable<br\/>El proceso comienza en una balsa de tratamiento de residuos, donde se deposita toda la materia org\u00e1nica. Esta laguna se convirti\u00f3 en un biodigestor, mejorando el tratamiento del efluente y permitiendo el almacenamiento de los gases resultantes del proceso. El biog\u00e1s generado est\u00e1 compuesto principalmente por metano, as\u00ed como por otros gases como di\u00f3xido de carbono, azufre y ox\u00edgeno.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hudson Zanin, docente de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica e Inform\u00e1tica de la Unicamp e investigador del Cepetro, explica que si se utiliza biog\u00e1s fresco directamente en un motor, las partes internas se corroer\u00e1n, dej\u00e1ndolas inutilizables. \u00abPor lo tanto, el primer paso del proyecto es purificar este biog\u00e1s a trav\u00e9s de filtros, eliminando las impurezas que no son metano. Mientras que las termoel\u00e9ctricas que utilizan metano f\u00f3sil de la capa pre-sal logran una eficiencia de convertir el 30% del gas en electricidad, en nuestro caso, estamos aumentando esta tasa agregando otros pasos al proceso\u00bb, dice el investigador.<\/p>\n\n<p>Aunque existen varias fuentes y tecnolog\u00edas, gran parte del hidr\u00f3geno que se utiliza actualmente en el mercado se obtiene a trav\u00e9s del gas natural de origen f\u00f3sil, utiliz\u00e1ndose principalmente en la producci\u00f3n de amoniaco, fertilizantes, acero y aluminio, y en la desulfuraci\u00f3n de combustibles f\u00f3siles en refiner\u00edas. De esta forma, el hidr\u00f3geno renovable juega un papel clave en la descarbonizaci\u00f3n de la cadena del hidr\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El objetivo es generar
