Where We Are
- Headquarters (SP): Head office of Âmbar Energia and Âmbar Comercializadora de Energia
- Uruguaiana Thermoelectric Power Plant (RS): Natural gas. With a capacity of 640 MW, it was inaugurated in 2000 and is the largest thermoelectric plant in the South region and one of the largest in Brazil.
- Cuiabá Thermoelectric Power Plant (MT): Natural gas. Acquired by Âmbar in 2015, it has an installed capacity of 529 MW and serves two million people in Mato Grosso.
- Araucária Gas Power Plant (PR): Natural gas. The gas-fired power plant was acquired in 2024 and has a capacity of 484 MW.
- Candiota Thermoelectric Power Plant (RS): Coal. Inaugurated in 2011, the plant has an installed capacity of 350 MW and generates about eight thousand jobs in six municipalities.
- Lages Thermoelectric Power Plant (SC): Biomass. Acquired in 2024, the plant has an installed capacity of 28 megawatts (MW) and is a pioneer in the generation of electricity and steam from wood waste.
- Biogas plant in Andradina (SP): Biogas. Built in 2023, the plant has an installed capacity of 300 KW.
- Flora Photovoltaic Plant (SP): Solar. With a total power of 788.48 kWpcc, it was inaugurated in 2022.
- Porto Feliz Photovoltaic Power Plant (SP): Solar. With a total power of 1,293.60 kWpcc, it was inaugurated in 2022.
- Saltinho Photovoltaic Power Plant (SP): Solar. With a total power of 5,174.40 kWpcc, it was inaugurated in 2022.
- Itumbiara Photovoltaic Plant (GO): Solar. With a total capacity of 1 MW, it was inaugurated in 2023.
- Taubaté Photovoltaic Power Plant (SP): Solar. With a total capacity of 2.68 MW, it was inaugurated in 2023.
- 16 Small Hydroelectric Power Plants (MG and SC): Generation of 41.2 MW of renewable energy.
- 102 photovoltaic systems: installed on the roofs of customer projects, totaling 2,427.8 KWp.
- Transportation Pipeline (MV): With a length of 645 kilometers (km), 362 km in Bolivia and 283 km in Brazil, it has a transport capacity of up to 4 million cubic meters per day.

Like all J&F Group companies, we consider ethics, transparency and integrity to be fundamental to the development of our business. Our Compliance Program is aligned with international best practices and reaffirms our commitment to maintaining the highest standard of conduct in all our internal and external relationships.
We follow a strict Code of Conduct and Ethics and have whistleblowing channels managed by an external and independent company. The Ethics Channel is a confidential and secure means of communication for our employees, customers and business partners to report suspected or actual violations of the Code of Conduct and Ethics, current legislation, mission, values, beliefs, rules and internal procedures.
To reinforce the importance of the Compliance Program and anti-corruption policies, the structure of the program applies equally to all companies of the J&F Group, and is constantly reinforced with training for all hierarchical levels.
The Ethics Channel operates 24 hours a day, with personal service from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 9 pm (Brasília time).
