Âmbar Energia develops and manages projects to contribute to the new challenges of expansion and diversification of the brazilian energy matrix and the socioeconomic development of the regions where we operate.
The responsibility to manage our business involves a broad universe of people and all our relationships must be guided by the highest ethical values.
We believe that integrity, in its most absolute form, must be the standard of our behavior and the central focus to reach our mission of “to be the best at what we set out to do”.
Inspired by our values, Âmbar Energia´s Code of Conduct represents our commitment with an irreproachable conduct. It is an important tool of governance and serves as a guide to understanding the behavior we must adopt in our day to day activities. In addition, it provides the appropriate way to report any suspicious conduct or violation.
The Code is mandatory for all our employees and serves as a reference for our business partners and third parties. Its guidelines are clear and not subject to reinterpretation or negotiation.
Securing the opportunity for a better future for all employees is also part of our mission and the way to achieve this certainly involves improving our conduct and aligning our guidelines to make our business more reliable.
I am sure that reading this Code and its enforcement will contribute to ensure a healthy, dignified and fulfilling work environment for all of us and for Âmbar Energia to fulfill its role in society in the best possible way.
